Surrounded by nature and spectacular views of mountains and volcanoes. The space House in the condominium Barrio Las Campanas, in San Pedro Las Huertas, very quiet place and conveniently close to places of tourist interest such as Antigua Guatemala, the Cerro del Tenedor, Cerro De La Cruz, San Cristobal El Alto and many others. The house has a maximum capacity of 7 guests (there is an extra charge after the 5th guest) If you need a quiet space away from crowds and pollution, where you can enjoy beautiful moments of relaxation with your family, this is your place!!! Guest access the property has equipped kitchen, family room, visiting room, equipped kitchen,TV, satellite, wifi ,terrace overlooking the Volcanoes Agua, Fuego and Acatenango, and our guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We will try to be flexible with arrival and departure time to the best of our ability. We ask our guests to keep quiet hours UNTIL 11:00pm. Condo is still under construction in some parts, so there could be noise during weekdays. We have extra towels and sheets in case you need them. Although the house is equipped for a maximum of 7 people, an extra minor charge may apply if more than 4 people are staying. Please inform at the time of booking, exactly how many guests will be included in the stay of the house. While we fully rely on the honesty of our guests, we clarify that a visual inspection of the house will be inspected after each stay and in the case of any damages or lost items, the corresponding claim will be made.
