This property is located in SAN PEDRO LAS HUERTAS, Condominium BARRIO LAS CAMPANAS in a beautiful and quiet village located just 7 minutes from the Church EL CALVARIO and about 15 minutes (3 miles) from the main tourist attractions of Antigua Guatemala. Fully equipped for the well-being and comfort of our guests, for extra security it has a guardhouse and security guards 24 hours a day. Surrounded by nature and spectacular views of mountains and volcanoes. The space House in the Barrio Las Campanas condominium, in San Pedro Las Huertas, a very quiet place and conveniently close to places of tourist interest such as Antigua Guatemala, Cerro del Tenedor, Cerro De La Cruz, San Cristobal El Alto and many others. The house has a maximum capacity of 7 guests (there is an extra charge after the 5th guest) If you need a quiet space away from the crowds and pollution, where you can enjoy beautiful moments of relaxation with your family, this is the place for you!!! Guest access The property has an equipped kitchen, family room, living room, equipped kitchen, TV, satellite, wifi, terrace overlooking the Agua, Fuego and Acatenango Volcanoes, and our guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We will try to be flexible with the check-in and check-out time to the best of our ability. We ask our guests to respect the quiet hours, UNTIL 11:00pm. The condo is still under construction in some parts, so there may be noise during the weekdays. We have extra towels and sheets if you need them. Although the house is equipped for up to 7 people, a small extra charge may apply if more than 4 people stay. Please inform us at the time of booking exactly how many guests will be included in the stay of the house. Although we fully trust the honesty of our guests, we clarify that a visual inspection of the house will be carried out after each stay and in the event of any damage or lost item, the corresponding claim will be made, thank you for your understanding.
