The Haven by the Windmill

Easy access to the South Downs National Park and beautiful walks on the South Downs way. There are good transport links to Eastbourne, Lewes, Brighton , Hastings Gatwick Airport and London. We are within reasonable distance to a number of South Coast walks. The house is a good size and is bright, light and cosy with semi rural features in the front and back gardens. We do have neighbours nearby and if you need a dark room to sleep it is light early. Any bikes you bring are your responsibility. The space The bedroom is a private spacious airy conservatory looking out on our large back garden and trees. As a conservatory it can be like glamping. You are close to the elements with the sights sounds and temperatures of the outdoors. It is very comfy though and cosy. The sitting room area is another space where you can relax and enjoy your privacy. We offer free hot drinks , milk, a small fridge and a microwave and a table and chairs to use for meals. The house is semi detached with a large semi wild garden with many trees and a lovely pond. The front garden is quite dark at night so you will need to use your phone light. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The shower is great but a bit on the small side. During your stay Interaction can be agreed between us. Other things to note We are very happy to negotiate issues as they arise. We are happy to accept placements of short or longer duration and would negotiate fees for this. Feel free to discuss this.
