During the New Year period, we accept reservations for a minimum of 7 nights. My place is close to the sea and downtown. Inside a well-located and green-filled condominium. Ideal for recharging your batteries or enjoying days off, excellent for couples, solo adventurers or families (with kids). Only one dog is accepted as a pet. The space The house features a deck, pizza oven and private barbecue. Split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room as well. . Guest access In this condominium with only six houses, the pool area is for common use and can be accessed for moments of relaxation and leisure. Other things to note I do not provide bed linen and towels (bed linen, blankets and bath towels and beach towels). I provide all pillows, mattress protectors, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, etc. Attention: New Year's Eve - 7 days - minimum Carnival: 4 days - minimum January - 7 days - minimum
