Guest access After booking our unit, please send us the digital copies of your IDs. We will have to forward them to the tower management office so that they will allow you entry to the unit. Strictly no smoking inside the studio as this is a child-friendly zone and the smoke alarm can be triggered. 2. Be considerate of other residents in the building. 3. Make sure the appliances are turned off, door is locked and windows are closed when leaving the studio unit. 4. We are not a hotel or any other commercial type of accommodation. We are sharing our home with you so please treat this place with respect. 5. Keep the place as clean as when you first arrived. 6. Turn on the hood vent above the stove when cooking so as not to accidentally trigger the studio's smoke detector. 7. Your hosts and the building management are not responsible for any losses, damage, or injuries that may occur during your stay. 8. Please check out on time to give way to the next guest checking in after you. But if you wish to extend your stay, do inform us as soon as possible so that we can check the availability for you. 9. Clean up the kitchen after yourself. Use the dish soap sponge and the kitchen rag to dry located on the sink. Wash your dishes by hand and never leave dirty dishes behind.
