Cozy Stadium District Studio

Our cozy studio is centrally located to all of the best things Tacoma has to offer! Perfect for individuals and couples looking for a home base while exploring the city or professionals traveling for work. Located 1 block from the Link Light Rail, 2 blocks from Tacoma General Hospital, Mary Bridge Children's Hospital and famous Wright Park. St. Joseph's Hospital, Downtown and 6th Ave are all just a mile away and Point Ruston and Point Defiance Park are just a short 15-minute drive. The space We have transformed the original Carriage House of our 1890’s home in a cozy studio! Though the space is small, we have designed it to use every inch of space to make this a unique stay in the heart of Tacoma. The studio offers a kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, 2 burner induction countertop stove, microwave, sink and counterspace. There is a foldable table for dining or working. Up a small set of stairs are the sleeping area (lofted bed with another small set of stairs) and the bathroom. The full bed and tv are located in a cozy lofted area, with creative storage options and the bathroom includes a standing shower, toilet, sink and basic amenities. Ample free street parking is available for your use. The parking spot located directly in front of the studio is used by other tenants and is not available for use. Guest access You have full access to the unit and the small outdoor space just outside the front door. The back door is for emergency use only, as it leads to a private area used by other tenants.
