Description
This idyllic Swedish cabin nestled on the edge of Söderåsen national park is the ideal holiday retreat. Lush forests, a spring-water lake (8 mins walk), the cabin is part of a larger arts, nutrition and recording studio complex, housed in a cluster of 100 year old cow barns, making it a perfect haven for artists, musicians, and dreamers. The space We have lovingly converted the cabin from it’s previous life as a chicken house, combining rustic original features (such as the wooden shingle ceiling) with stylish modern conveniences. We have documented the entire process (including the arts centre) on our YouTube channel: @idea_farm The ground floor features a master bedroom with large ensuite shower room, a hand-made king-sized bed, and a double sofa bed/sitting area. Next door is a second bathroom and a cosy kitchen area open to the loft above, with polished concrete countertops, an up-cycled Berlin floorboard dining table, oven, hob, Nespresso machine, and everything else you need to create beautiful holiday meals. Upstairs is an open plan loft with a king-size bed (additional beds available on request), roof windows and sitting area with surround sound TV. High-speed Internet keeps you connected, while the stunning surroundings encourage you to stay unplugged. The outdoor seating area is perfect for evening gatherings, storytelling, and enjoying the starry Swedish skies. Our family and friends have cherished many magical moments here, playing music, sharing meals, and creating unforgettable memories. The cabin operates on a willow bed septic system - we will explain how this works on arrival! Escape to our enchanting Swedish sanctuary, where creativity and nature come together to offer a truly unique and inspiring experience.
