New, Clean, & Cute, Garden Suite

Enjoy a comfortable and convenient suite in central Victoria. This apartment is located in the Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood of Victoria, BC. It is perfect for someone visiting family, or exploring our beautiful city for the first time. Our address has a walk score of 79, and is conveniently situated steps from the bus stops, the Galloping Goose trail, and Selkirk trestle. We are a beautiful 30 minute walk, or 15 minute bike ride to the downtown harbour. The space The apartment is a brand new garden suite. The bedroom has a queen bed, with closet and shelving unit. The kitchen has sink, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and hood fan. It also has a great bar to eat or work at. The living room has a three-seater couch (not a pull out), chair, and more available storage. It also has a tv, with netflix, prime, and cable. The bathroom has a soaker tub, shower, toilet and lots of storage. We are able to provide a good cot, or pack & play, for additional comfort and sleeping. The yard is fully fenced and great for kids or a dog (supervised) to play. It's safe and stays shady in the hot summer sun. We take good care of the garden, so it provides a lovely place to relax and read a book as well. We are directly across the street from a small playground with many more in short walking distance. This neighbourhood and home are wonderful for kids. A short drive, or lovely walk, away is Tillicum Mall, complete with movie theatres, grocery store, library, rec centre, liquor store and much more shopping. Guest access The suite is entirely the guests. The adjoining door to our basement remains locked. Guests are welcome to use the backyard as they like. Keys to the suite are located in the lockbox on the fence near the back door. Other things to note It is important to note that the above living situation is the home to two small children. There is the expected noises from that occasionally. The children are quiet from 8pm to 7am, so won't disrupt peace during those hours.
