BM grocery market & Mama Toucans shopping, restaurants are only 5 minutes drive away in Dominical Beach. The space This is a private fenced in property with 2 large gates. You will find abundant of fruit trees over 10 varieties of fruit trees from bananas, avocados, coconut... ect..) This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is 1 of 2 apartments in 1 duplex. Each apartment is allow 1 free parking space inside the gate. But there are more free street parking outside the gate. A UV water filter was installed to allows the water on the property to be drinkable. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units. 1 located in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Here is more detail description about this apartment: It has 1 comfortable size bedroom with a king size bed, clothing rack, and 1 full bathroom with shower. Hot and cold water are available in the kitchen and bathroom. You will have a full kitchen with 1 fridge, 1 microwave, 1 toaster, 1 coffee maker, basic cookware, dinnerware, 1 gas stove, 1 oven. The living room has a twin sized bed serving as a corner sofa to allow you to have 1 more sleeping space. Finally, the apartment has 1 comfortable front patio and 1 back patio with a hammock for your relaxation after a long day at the beach. You will share a washer and dryer with others who live on the property. Guest access You will have full access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment, the front patio, the back patio right of the washer and dryer. You will be sharing the washer and dryer with other guests. Your designated laundry days are Tuesday and Thursday between 9am-8pm. You will share the parking lot along with the fruit garden with other guests. You will be given 1 key to access the gate to enter the property and a 4 digit lock code to enter the apartment. Your personal lock codes will be deleted on the day you check out.
