Entire Beachfront Home at Dundee Beach The space Seashells@Dundee has three bedrooms, Barramundi, Jabiru & Jewfish and sleeps up to 11 people. The property also has a large verandah and a shaded & fenced plunge pool. Barramundi & Jabiru rooms each room have private en-suites and sleep up to 3 people, with a queen and king-single bed in each. Jewfish room - a converted 20ft shipping container with 2 double beds and 1 single bed can sleep up to 5 people. All rooms are fully air conditioned. There is an air conditioned fully equipped Kitchen / lounge area complete with plates, cutlery, appliances, fridge, deep freezer, pantry, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The lounge area has a large flat screen TV with an L shaped lounge. A huge verandah out front has a pool table, outdoor dining table, outdoor lounge and BBQ amenities. Off to the side is another bathroom with shower & toilet. There is a stainless cleaning bench and sink for dealing with the catch of the day. Crabs, Barra, Golden Snapper and Pelagic fish species have all been caught from the cliff and the nearby creek. There is a fully fenced and shaded pool area with a plunge pool for those hot Top End days. Access to the beach is via the property's own walkway which leads directly to the grassy common area and onto the beach via the easily navigated natural rock stairway to the left or easy beach access to the right. 4WD/Buggy access to the beach is via Andreas Ave, out the properties front gate and turn left, 100m to the end of the road is a track. The rates for the entire place is per night (2 night minimum stay). Long weekends have a minimum of a 3 night stay. We have optional $150 early check-in (8am) and $150 late check-out (4pm) and is only offered if we have no guests leaving and arriving on the same day as check-in/check-out. Early check-in needs to be pre-arranged and approved prior to your stay. The late check-out can be added to your stay at any time during your stay. Conditions (also see house rules): We don’t expect you to clean the property after your stay, however we do ask that it is left neat and tidy and all rubbish is removed. Untidy conditions such as dirty dishes, foot prints on the walls, rubbish/cigarette butts on the ground and the like will incur additional cleaning fees of $50 per hour for the extra time it takes to clean the property. Max. number of people able to stay overnight at the property is 11. For this reason, there is no camping or caravans allowed on the property. A few extra visitors during the day or evening is OK. We have a strict no parties policy out of respect for our neighbours. If this rule is ignored extra fees may apply or, depending on the severity of the breech, you may be asked to vacate the premises. Please don't drive or park any type of vehicle on the artificial lawn. Guests will be responsible for any damage should this rule be ignored. Please don't ride quads, motorbikes or any type of ATV around the property as it destroys the grass. This is particularly important during the dry season. This includes the beach access thoroughfare at the rear of the property. Buggies, cars, bikes and quads can access the beach via the track at the end of the road.
