Small neighborhood house

Small house where I live year-round with my children. Between land and sea, my house is composed of two single beds for children (1st floor) and a single bed (separate bedroom), a double bed (2nd floor) and a sofa bed on the ground floor. Private terrace for friendly evenings. Currently at the end of construction, the house has everything you need to live there with a large parking lot 100 meters away. - 5 min from the beach (by car) - 20 min on foot from train station
