Living space This entire rental unit offers a comfortable layout for up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The atmosphere leans into comfort and ease, with ultra cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout. A TV and fast Wifi provide entertainment and connection, while a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive if needed. Sleeping arrangements Two bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, complemented by 3 beds to accommodate your group. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades help create a restful environment. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is a space where guests can cook their own meals, supported by a stocked kitchen setup. House Rules & Additional Fees: 🐾 Pet Policy - Dogs only (Maximum of 2 dogs per stay) - $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet - Pets must not be left unattended unless crated - Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds - Please clean up after your pet in the yard - No noise complaints from neighbors due to pets - Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture - No cats allowed (Please ask before bringing any other animals) 🎉 Gatherings & Parties - Large gatherings, parties, or events are NOT allowed - Quiet hours must be respected (10 PM - 8 AM) - Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund - The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused 🚽 Plumbing & Drain Care - Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues - Do not pour grease down the drain 📦 Forgotten Personal Items - Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery - Guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee - Domestic shipping only (no international shipping) 👥 Guest Policy - Any additional guests must be approved in advance - Unauthorized extra guests may result in cancellation without refund - The property has a maximum occupancy limit. For 7 or more guests, a $20 per person fee applies. - The primary guest is responsible for all damages ⏰ Late Checkout - Must be requested and approved in advance - Up to 2 extra hours for $50 (if available) - Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour 🔥 Grill / Propane - We do not provide propane. Guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank if they’d like to use the grill. Please note that our propane grills are NOT designed for charcoal use. A $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in the grill. 🚭 Cleaning Fees (If Applicable) - Smoking indoors: $250 (Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.) - Unauthorized parties/large gatherings - $250 - Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250 - Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250 - Glitter or confetti: $200 - Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet - Excessive dirty dishes: $50 - Missing towel: $20 per towel - Use of charcoal in propane grill - $250 Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
