It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (one 160 cm wide bed and one 140 cm wide bed) each to accommodate 4 people. You have access to a bathroom, with a shower and a vanity unit, located between the 2 bedrooms. You will enjoy a large living/kitchen area with a living room, overlooking the outdoor terrace with a pergola and garden furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher...). The accommodation has internet access, TV, electric plancha and washing machine. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac where you can park your vehicle in a free parking space right in front of the entrance. Beautiful walks in perspective with the ocean nearby, the beach 10 minutes away on foot, the embankment of the central beach and the village of St Gilles nearby by bike with its pedestrian streets, its market, bars, restaurants, casino... Ideal starting point for a morning jog along the Jaunay (nearby river), to pick up seafood by bike at Les Viviers de Vendée by crossing the Vie, along the Sion Corniche and discover the 5 Pineaux, for a surf session on the central beach, for a refreshing swim, to enjoy an ice cream by the ocean, for a quiet break by the sea while enjoying the entertainment and shops of St Gilles.
