Tiny house Nature and Maas.

Unique, peaceful cottage. Beautifully situated by a branch of the river Maas. Enjoy distant views and stunning sunsets. You have your own terrace with a jacuzzi (also in winter) and can enjoy our garden with a beautiful pond. Space suitable for 2 adults. Private bathroom, kitchenette, sleeping loft with double bed, accessible via a spiral staircase. (Not suitable for people with reduced mobility / difficulty walking). Close to Venlo/Arcen, NP Maasduinen. The space You have the cottage all to yourself. The layout consists of a small modern bathroom with a rain shower, a dining table, a seating area, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a small refrigerator, mini-oven and an induction cooktop. It is meant for heating up soup or frying an egg, but not suitable for extensive meals as there is no exhaust fan. The large sliding door is equipped with a sunshade, and the space has air conditioning, making it pleasantly cool in the summer. The sofa bed can also be used to create a cozy lounge area for watching TV. You can use the entire garden. Enjoy the beautiful views, the garden house, BBQ or the jacuzzi (free of charge). The garden is also used by us but is large enough (6000m2) to avoid disturbing each other. The bed is made, and there are towels provided. Our house borders the Maasduinen National Park, offering beautiful cycling and walking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The Pieterpad trail is also nearby. Venlo is a lovely town about 7 kilometers away, with nice boutiques, good restaurants, and attractions like the Limburgs Museum and the Museum Bommel van Dam. Additionally, there are charming places in Germany nearby, such as the pilgrimage site Kevelaer, the historic town Kempen, and further away, Düsseldorf. The castle gardens in Arcen, the thermal baths in Arcen, and Arcen itself are also worth a visit (delicious ice cream parlor). Just 2 km away in Lomm, there is a nice sauna, Spa Wellness Venlo, and a beach on the Maas. For children, Toverland amusement park, Klein Zwitserland playground, and Irrland are recommended. The war museum in Overloon and several zoos are a half-hour drive away. For shopping enthusiasts, the Roermond Outlet is an option. The cottage is particularly suitable for people looking for accommodation for a longer period and who are satisfied with a kitchenette. Other things to note The spiral staircase is not convenient if you have difficulty walking. The jacuzzi offers a beautiful view but not complete privacy. We have a small dog ourselves.
