Description
A detached, well presented lodge, furnished to a comfortable standard. The lodge sleeps up to two adults. Outside there is a lovely decked area with small table and chairs available for sunny days. The lodge is fully insulated and all windows are double glazed. It has full central heating. The bathroom is full size with bath & overhead shower. Private off road parking is provided next to the lodge. One small dog allowed. The space The lodge is located on Rosewater Park which is a quiet park near the village centre of St Teath. There is a private parking space next to the lodge. It's a self catering lodge that is well equipped and has most things that you might need. There is a double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, fully fitted wardrobes & storage space. Single beds can be arranged with notice. The bathroom is full size with a bath and shower over. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer & washing machine. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery & glasses. There is a dining table & four chairs just off the kitchen. A comfortable lounge with soft furnishings, two sofas & a HDTV with satellite. Outside there is a decked area, small lawn, shrubs & washing line. All linen & towels supplied. Guest access There is parking right outside the lodge. There are 4 steps up to the decking area & the key safe is next to the front door. Pin will be sent before arrival. Other things to note Peaceful location. Village pub with good food, 5 minutes walk away. Ideal holiday location for anyone who appreciates beautiful coastline. Suitable for walkers, couples, biking holidays, watersports, golfers. There are numerous beaches and attractions in North Cornwall for which this lodge is well placed to visit. Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac (setting for Doc Martin), Padstow and much more are just a short drive away. There are some golf courses in the area. Several National Trust properties & English Heritage sites of interest,an easy drive away. Botanical gardens including the Eden Project at St Austell & The Lost Gardens of Heligan. If you like cycling you might like to try the scenic Camel trail from Wadebridge to Padstow or Bodmin. You can also get to Padstow by a ferry boat from Rock. Naturally there are many miles of coastal paths to walk as well as inland areas to explore such as Bodmin Moor.
