Guest annex with bathroom & own entrance

Cosy double-bedroom with a private bathroom. The annexe has its own entrance so you can enjoy full privacy. It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting London. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe with great transport links to Central London. We are 2 minutes walk away from bus stop (125, 456, W9) and 15 minutes walk (by bus 5 minutes) to Piccadilly Line - Oakwood/Southgate Tube Stations and overground train station - Grange Park with trains to Moorgate/ Finsbury Park. The space The room is equipped with a sofa bed which can be extended to accommodate 2 people, wardrobe, chests of drawers and a little desk. Bed linens, towels, shampoo&body wash, broadband WiFi, coffee/tea and kettle are provided. The annexe is situated next to the main house. It has its own entrance from the front leading to a bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower. This set-up gives our guests a full privacy. Location: We are 30 minutes from Central London. There are many transport links: tube, buses, train close to accommodation. The nearest tube station ( Piccadilly Line) is Oakwood or Southgate and overground train station Grange Park with links to Finsbury Park/Moorgate. Airports: Luton and Stansted airports are within 30 minutes drive and it takes 1.5h to get to Heathrow airport by tube - Piccadilly line. Parking: There is plenty of off street parking - free of charge, we have also a driveway which can be used by our guests upon a request. Check-in: In person - as we live next door For late arrivals we offer self check in! Guest access Separate access to the room so guests have full privacy.
