Single bedroom in a modern new build family terraced house in Aylesbury. There is one free parking space behind the house and free on street parking, but please consider the neighbours. It's a 5 mins walking distance to stoke mandeville hospital, ASDA & Cooperation supermarket. 7 mins drive to Stoke Mandeville train station, Aylesbury train station and town centre. London Marleybone is 1 hour by train. It's a great location for exploring the London, Chilterns Hills, Oxford and Buckinghamshire. The space This is a cosy spacious single bedroom in a friendly family home, which is very close to Stoke Mandeville Hospital and the gym (5 mins walk), local park/playground within 2 mins walk from the house, which great for walks and a 5 mins walk to the bus stop which take you the town centre. Private use of bedroom and shared bathroom. Access to kitchen and garden for dining and relaxing. Tea and coffee are also available in the kitchen. Guest access Access to the house is from the front door. Guest have access to kitchen for dining, bathroom, their private bedroom and garden. Other things to note I have two young children but noise level are rarely an issue and the neighbourhood area is quiet too.
