Historically, Runaway Bay was believed to be an escape for slaves during colonialism. It advanced to be a beautiful coastal getaway for all, ranking as a top vacation community in Jamaica. The space Seas & Sekkle is a 2 bed/2.5 bath garden-view apartment at Franklyn D. Resort & Spa in Runaway Bay. An ideal option for a local getaway or for tourists looking to explore what Jamaica has to offer. The unit comes available with wifi, air conditioning, and hot water. Our unit has free beach, pool, gym access. This includes beach/pool chairs. Watersport's gear is available for purchase at the gift shop on property. Our mini library is available for our guests to enjoy a good read on their getaway and are to be returned undamaged. Local grocery stores are within 15 mins drive of the unit. Grocery bags are available in the kitchen cupboard under the sink for use during your stay. It is not recommended to walk in the area as there is limited sidewalk access. Local transportation can be arranged if needed. 30 mins away from Ocho Rios and 1 hour away from Montego Bay/Sangster International Airport. Food/snacks/beverages are available for sale on property at the a la carte restaurant (1pm-8pm) or at the gift shop.
