Super Luxury Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in a complete residential complex, with a distinctive structure and a paradisiacal location: on the Muro Alto waterfront, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Brazilian coast. Walking along the beach for 8 minutes, we find Cupe Beach, a beautiful beach with corals, restaurants and bars. Going in the opposite direction, we arrive at the natural pools of Muro Alto, with warm and calm waters, perfect for bathing with children and the elderly. The space In this house, we leave nothing to chance. It was planned to be practical and cozy, fully equipped, and presents a perfect structure for short and long stays, with all amenities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, complete trousseau in the bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry with washing machine, kitchen with all appliances, brewery and wine cellar. The bungalow was structured to rent only to 9 people, where we have 4 en-suites, 2 double and 2 single. On the balcony, we have a well-equipped space, a super barbecue to enjoy meals with family and friends around the fully private pool. Here, all the stress of everyday life will be forgotten! Guest access The leisure options will surprise you, with attractions such as the swimming pool with a current, climbing wall and zip line for children's fun, playground, totó, pool table, sauna, tennis court and futsal. Oka Beach is a quiet condominium, safe for adults and children. A paradise! Other things to note We don't check in at night! NOTE: The guest must leave a security deposit of R$ 2,000.00 (for stays longer than 2 nights) For energy consumption and eventual damages, we take photos of the electric panel together at the beginning and end of the stay. The amount will be calculated at 0.99 per kwh. The residual amount of the deposit will be returned after checkout. No noise (ambient sound allowed) after 5 p.m. At check-in, we have personal hygiene products such as soap and paper towels available, but we do not provide refills during your stay. In front of the condominium is the open sea, and the natural pools are a few minutes' walk along the beach in any direction. The maid is not included. We are not accepting pets in the house! Please ask any questions; we are at your disposal to ensure a peaceful stay and no unwanted surprises. We will do our best to make everything pleasant and serene.
