You must be at least 21 years old to book. Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs with a fee. The maximum guest count must be adhered which is 22 for this property.
