Essential Packing List * Linens: Bedding, Pillows, Dish Towels, Bath Towels, Beach Towels * Hand/Body Soap, Dish Soap, Toiletries Soaps: * An Axe for Chopping Wood * Water Shoes for the Beach * A Credit Card for Security Deposit * Cash for Incidentals like Water, Firewood, Ice, etc. Other things to note • Sandy Public Beach: The beach has a roped-off swimming area, floating dock and a play structure with swings and a slide. • Volleyball Court: We have a sand court, volleyballs and badminton equipment, just ask and we'll get them for you • Basketball Court: Next to the water and tucked into the woods, we have the best basketball court in the world! • Outdoor Games: Bocce, Beanbag Toss, Ladderball, Soccer, you name it, we probably have it, so just ask:) • Docks: Our public docks have chairs, benches and tables for lounging, fishing, snacking, and sipping. • Watercraft Rentals: We rent pontoons, fishing boats, stand-up paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks. • Games, DVDs & Books Library: We have all kinds of board games, books, magazines, and DVDs (just bring your own device to play the DVDs on!) • Golfing: There are 2 great courses within a 45-minute drive • Sky-Gazing: From the millions of stars we see on clear nights, to the Northern Lights, there is a reason Saskatchewan is called the Land of Living Skies. • Shopping: 20 minutes from us, on the way here, you'll find the Blaine Lake General Store where you can find everything from a great selection of wine, liquor and beer, to snacks, water toys, bug spray, roasting sticks, and hardware.
