There are 8 steps to go downstairs to the apartment which is located in our house. It’s very clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your cooking needs. We have recently renovated the entire suite . The space Our house is located 3 blocks from downtown and right by the start of many hiking trails. We/ The owners live upstairs and are very friendly and helpful with Questions about what to see and do in Jasper National Park. We are avid hikers and can tell you about all the trails and wildlife in the Park. Guest access The entire basement suite is for our guests and completely separate from our house with a private entrance and has 8 steps to go downstairs. The beautiful outdoor patio has amazing mountain views and a BBQ and picnic table. There is a lot of privacy on the patio as it’s located behind a big pine tree and an umbrella for shade. Other things to note We have a very quiet and friendly dog that lives upstairs with us and uses the backyard which is for our private use only and completely separate from the front yard which is for our guests and there is a big fence to keep the front and back separate. We offer our guests the whole front yard and beautiful patio with picnic table and BBQ. We keep the backyard just for us privately. We live upstairs and can be reached by phone or email if our guests need to ask questions about the property.
