In a bucolic and green setting, the south-facing gîte offers you a recent and independent accommodation of 40 m². 7000 m² wooded and quiet park. Direct access for hikes or walks in the heart of nature. The space Independent cottage Ground floor: Living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining area opening onto a living room with a sofa bed, TV/Wi-Fi. Bright room with bay window overlooking the park. Upstairs: A spacious bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed and 2 90 x 190 beds, as well as a work area. Bathroom with vanity, shower and WC. You have an outdoor area with flowers in the heart of nature, where garden furniture and various relaxation areas await you. Numerous activities in the surroundings: hiking, fishing, cycling, kayaking, horseback riding, visiting gardens and chateaux, swimming, cinema, bowling, treetop high ropes courses, zoo, discovering the Norman heritage.
