Our home stands out for its full equipment, spacious layout, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. It includes: A large dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. A cozy living room with a wood stove, ideal for relaxing by the fire. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs: Three comfortable bedrooms (with mezzanine) and an additional bathroom. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is available, along with essentials such as toilet paper, coffee pods, oil, salt, pepper, and paper towels. The accommodation is non-smoking. Bed linens, towels, bath mats, and kitchen cloths are available as an option (€80 supplement for two double and two single beds). Shops nearby include a co-op, bakery, and tobacco store, as well as an Intermarché supermarket just 5 minutes away. Local markets take place in Matha (Tuesday, Friday & Saturday mornings) and Saint-Jean-d’Angély (Wednesday & Saturday mornings). Just 20 minutes away, the API Supermarket in Saint-Hilaire-de-Villefranche is open 24/7. A security deposit (bank imprint) may be requested before arrival to cover cleaning fees or potential damage/theft. Access Guests have access to the entire property.
