The cottage has a fantastic screen porch and outdoor deck that overlooks a gorgeous yard with towering trees and habitat for local animal life, watch the great cranes fly down the canal or deer at dusk as they wander through. At the back of the property is the canal that leads to the sound, fish and kayak from the backyard.. The deck has lounging furniture, hot tub and grill area. Our home feature two bedrooms on the upper level, a king room ensuite with smartTV, another king bedroom easily accessible to renovated hall bathroom. Perfect for a family, the bottom level features a king bedroom with smart TV and an interior bedroom with two full beds and smart TV.This level shares a bathroom. In the garage are beach chairs for 8, umbrella, cooler assorted beach toys and 4 beach bicycles to bike around town plus a ping pong table. Outdoors in the back of the home is a Hot Tub located on an oversized deck with lounging furniture. There is a beautiful cedar outdoor shower with clawfoot tub. Take a soak under the stars! Guest access We provide parking passes for oceanfront beach parking in multiple locations in Southern Shores. It's a lifesaver not having to lug your beach equipment.
