This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family within walking distance of Estavayer-le-Lac. In the Fribourg Broye region, 3 minutes from Estavayer-le-Lac by car or bus, 10 minutes by bike, is the small residential village of Sévaz surrounded by fields, offering many bike and walking trips to Lake Neuchâtel and its beaches as well as small forests. The large bowling alley in the area is located in the village, with a games room, restaurant and beer garden. The space Discover our charming villa of 120 m², ideally located in the peaceful residential village of Sevaz, near Estavayer-le-Lac in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. Recently tastefully renovated in 2023 and 2026, our villa offers two unique atmospheres: a Mediterranean atmosphere on the ground floor and a tropical atmosphere upstairs, inviting you to travel and relax. Interior of the Villa On the ground floor, a large entrance with storage welcomes you. The fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the dining room and living room, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living room, decorated in a Mediterranean style, has a fireplace and a large bookcase, creating a warm and friendly space. A shower room with toilet is also on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find the sleeping area, consisting of two large bedrooms and a third small, partially attic bedroom. The large bathroom, toilet and sink offer all the comforts you need. The floor, decorated in a tropical atmosphere, invites you to escape and tranquility. The bathtub cannot be used for a bath due to a slight leak, but it can be used as a simple shower. You just don't have to fill it out. Exterior of the Villa The villa has an extensive step-free terrace, accessible from the kitchen and lounge/dining room. Part of the terrace is covered, providing a protected space ideal for your meals and featuring a counter. There is also a pellet BBQ and quality garden furniture. The fenced garden is perfect for children and pets to have fun in complete safety. A large pond with fish and frogs adorns the garden. There is no protection for children regarding access to the pool; there is no barrier. Tenants must pay attention to this point if they have children and/or pets. Amenities and Services The villa also includes a laundry room equipped with a second fridge/freezer, washer and dryer. The parking lot of the villa offers three parking spaces and a garage with a 22kW charging station, AC, Type 2, to charge an electric vehicle at the price of CHF 0.50/kWh consumed. Location and Activities Sevaz is a small peaceful residential village, surrounded by fields and offering many country paths for beautiful bike rides or walking through the Fribourge and Vaud Broye. Just 10 minutes by bike or 30 minutes walk from the heart of Estavayer-le-Lac, you can discover this beautiful small medieval town by the lake, with its beaches and water activities. Estavayer offers many restaurants and cafes with a holiday vibe, as well as various summer activities and events. City of the rose, Estavayer is very flowery and offers a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Bike rides through the fields provide access to beautiful bike paths leading to beaches, Grande Cariçaie, small forests, and other charming country villages. In Sevaz, just 5 minutes walk from the villa, is the largest bowling alley in the area with games room, petanque track, restaurant and beer garden. In addition, within 200 meters of the house, a children's playground and outdoor sports equipment are at your disposal. For mountain lovers, the Fribourg Prealps are just a 45-minute drive away. You can discover the Lac Noir resort and the Gruyère region with the Charmey resort, offering many mountain activities such as hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Other things to note The Estavayer le Lac region is located near Payerne military airport, there are sometimes fighter planes that fly through the sky of the region. This is very occasional and sometimes occurs during office hours, so not in the evenings or on weekends. If you need to throw out the garbage, you have to drive 2 minutes to the Sévaz waste disposal site. We'll give you a card.
