The space Discover our charming 120 m² villa, ideally located in the peaceful residential village of Sévaz, near Estavayer-le-Lac in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. Recently renovated with taste at the end of 2023, our villa offers two unique atmospheres: a Mediterranean atmosphere on the ground floor and a tropical atmosphere upstairs, inviting you to travel and relax. Inside the Villa On the ground floor, a large entrance with storage welcomes you. The fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the dining room and living room, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living room, decorated in a Mediterranean atmosphere, has a fireplace and a large library, creating a warm and friendly space. A shower room with toilet is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the sleeping area, consisting of two large bedrooms and a third small bedroom partially attic. The large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink offers all the comforts you need. The floor, decorated in a tropical atmosphere, invites escape and tranquility. Exterior of the Villa The villa has a large single-story terrace, accessible from the kitchen and living/dining room. Part of the terrace is covered, offering a protected space ideal for your meals. There is also a barbecue and quality garden furniture. The fenced garden is perfect for children and pets to have fun safely. Amenities and Services The villa also includes a laundry room equipped with a second fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. The villa's parking lot offers three parking spaces and a garage with a 22 kW, AC, Type 2 charging station, allowing an electric vehicle to be charged at a price of 0.50 CHF/kWh consumed. A bike shed is at your disposal with two recent adult bikes, and it is possible to borrow two additional electric bikes via a mobile app, located 200 meters from the house. Location and Activities Sévaz is a small peaceful residential village, surrounded by fields and offering many country paths for beautiful bike rides or walks through the Fribourg and Vaud Broye. Only a 10-minute bike ride or 30-minute walk from the heart of Estavayer-le-Lac, you can discover this beautiful medieval lakeside town, with its beaches and water activities. Estavayer offers many restaurants and cafés with a holiday atmosphere, as well as various summer activities and events. City of the rose, Estavayer is very flowery and offers a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. This is very occasional and sometimes occurs during office hours, so not in the evenings or on weekends.
