Entire cosy cottage - large garden

This is our cosy cottage nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, ideal for a young family or a couple. The cottage is full of charm and its own quirky character, just as wonderful in the winter with the open fire crackling away, or in summer lazing in the garden gently rocking in the hammock! There are an enormous amount of gorgeous country walks on offer and plenty of beautiful local pubs. The space Downstairs has a playroom at the front of the house. This is ideal for young children but can also be used as a sleeping space with the pull out Ikea day bed which has a memory foam mattress and bamboo topper. The bed is larger than a king. The living room has a 4 seater and 2 seater sofa, an open fire and LED TV, Freeview recorder box and DVD player. French doors open up onto the garden. The galley kitchen has a gas cooker and all the usual bits and pieces. It opens up to the dining area which has French doors onto the garden. The garden is a lovely place to relax. There is a decking area with seating to lounge and then a formal eating area which sits in the dappled shade of the apple tree at the end of the garden. The garden also has a gym which guests are more than welcome to use (at their own risk!). There is a treehouse (ladder can be taken away), Wendy house and various children's toys. Upstairs we have a large and bright main bedroom with a king bed. The other bedroom has bunk bed. The bathroom is brand new and has a bath and powerful shower. Guest access There is off street parking in the drive for 1 car (drive way recently extended to allow a large car such as an estate to fit in with plenty of room) 5 minute walk to the super market (there is a Spa 1 minute away too), fish and chips, coffee shop, farm shop, post office and wine shop Milford station is a 15 minute walk and the village is quickly accessed by the A3. Other things to note Guests have access to the whole house but some cupboards may be locked with personal belongings in.
