Bring the entire family to our 6-bedroom lakefront split-level house, boasting a sandy beach bordered by clear, calm waters sheltered within a bay. Enjoy our array of recreational amenities, including kayaks, paddleboards, and a paddle boat. Unwind by the fire pit or on our expansive lawn, or challenge each other in our game room featuring a full-size ping pong table and air hockey. Indulge in a cozy coffee bar, perfect for starting your mornings! Your perfect lakeside retreat awaits! The space It's a split-level home, with stairs going up and down to living and sleeping quarters. Guest access Most of the home is available for guests to use. We have a room in the basement at the end of the hallway that's locked and used for storage. We also have the garage locked and currently will not available for guest use. We reserve the right to put away seasonal items during cold months, which can include kayaks, paddle boards, the paddle boat and contents of the shed, as well as the outdoor furniture. The dock is seasonal and will not be available once it is brought to shore for fall through spring. Other things to note Per city code: - no fireworks allowed - quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am daily - 15 people maximum are allowed to stay the night - minimum rental age must be no less that 21 - unregistered guests must leave property by 10 pm
