It is in close proximity to all important locations such as the city center, restaurants, and grocery stores. Pets are welcome and they can stay free of charge. The space Brand new and spacious studio apartment (45m²) featuring a large sea view balcony. The apartment includes a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cooking amenities. It also has a unique dining table, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a free private parking space located behind the house. Guest access Basic kitchen condiments, detergents, linens, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, an air conditioner, and WiFi are provided in the apartment.
