The guest bedroom and the shared full bathroom are located on the 3rd level with where the master bedroom and another room for our family. The guest bedroom has a door knob that locks from inside, but has no key to open from out side. (*Please request only if you are alright with this.) You will be sharing this space with us, so please expect to encounter us during your stay. *Note: The shared bathroom could be sharing with other tenant for long term rental. In this case, the bathroom will be provided for the guests only. Guest access Guest is allowed to access to common/shared areas. Access to two other bedrooms and an office is restricted. During your stay We primarily work from home. So, someone will be always home. Messaging through Airbnb app is preferred, but if immediate attention is needed, please feel free to ask anyone who is available. Other things to note Most importantly, we believe it is reasonable to request ID verification from our guest(s) as a way to ensure peace of mind for both parties, especially since we are sharing our space. We would like to keep our environment in a healthy condition. Any evidence of smoking, such as odors and cigarette butts, will result in additional fees. ★ NO PETS ★ Due to allergies, no pets please! Although the little creatures are precious, we have allergies to them. We want everyone to enjoy their stay away from pet allergies as well. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Our house is for a small family and is located in a very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood.
