Smart TV in the sitting room and led TVs in the rooms connected to DSTV. Rooms are ensuite with bathrooms equipped with water heater. There is parking space for a car and special request for two depending on space availability. ELECTRICTY: You will have 24hours power supply. We alternate power here to ensure this happens, we alternate between National Grid - Inverters and when necessary, Generators Both National grid and generators will power the AirConditions, the inverter won't, but not to worry, you have good fans and the apartment is very Airy also, this is for only when you are on inverter There's 24hrs light provided by National Grid, inverter and Generator. The Generator is secondary If National grid and inverter are available The inverter does not power the Air-conditions, water heater, Electric kettle, and micro wave. NOTE: ELECTRICITY There is 24/7 power supply supported by National grid, inverter and generator. Air-conditions, Microwave, Heater only works when National grid or Generator is in use. Generator use is secondary, in the case where there is no national grid or inverter power Guest access you have access to the entire apartment unit.
