A stylish bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The space In an old stone building, dating from the 18th century. Your Duplex is renovated by an architect and a decorator with great taste, bright, quiet and well arranged. You will find on the first level (9 m2) a beautiful "nature stone and wood" style space with sofa bed that can be made into 1 double bed, lots of charm that can be used as a dining room or office open to a fully equipped open kitchen. On the second floor (7 m2), your living space is "modern black and white" style, warm, cocooning and friendly with a sofa bed 120 x 190 open to a mezzanine bed 90 x 190. A stylish bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Luxury shops and all styles of restaurants within walking distance. Paris City Hall and Place des Vosges are a 5-minute walk away. Metro 1 Hôtel de Ville 4 minutes away. Apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children because of the fairly steep steps of the staircase. We ask that you do not leave it in a mess when you leave, with a minimum of cleanliness. - We kindly ask that you take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance to the property. - Let's think about our planet, let's not let the water run for nothing and let's lower the heating when leaving the accommodation :). - Do not throw any objects in the toilet, except toilet paper, a small trash can is at your disposal. - To avoid clogging the piping systems, please be careful not to drop food pieces, oil, grease, hair, etc. into the sink, washbasin and shower drains. - The type of coffee machine is espresso, capsules not provided, but coffee and tea sticks are at your disposal. - We provide 2 bed sets/bed, maintenance of household linen (sheets, covers, pillowcases...) are your responsibility. For long stays (from 30 days), linen must be washed, dried and folded before your departure (there is an automatic laundry about 50 m from the accommodation).
