Discover Kenai Cottage

Year-round cottage sleeps 2 with 1 bed & 1 bath. The Cottage offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cottage has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. Located ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River. The space This is a garden-level mother-in-law (MIL) unit in the main house. You have a private entrance through the main door to the house. We have just shy of 1 acre on this property, with borough land to one side in the wooded area that you are free to walk through to get further down the bluffs if you’d like. Guest access You are welcome to build a fire at the fire pit while you’re here, as well as use the bbq grill near your rental unit. Make use of our hammock in the trees and, of course, you can go down the slide off the deck! Other things to note Please note: cats are not allowed as your travel companions due to owner allergy. We do have 2 barn cats you might see during your stay. They are outside cats and have their own space in the shop on our property. If you are traveling with dogs, please do let us know that after you book and keep in mind that we also have dogs. We also have a toddler. Our dogs are super social and love to play. Our toddler also loves dogs.
