Guest access Upon arrival, you’ll receive an access card that allows you to enjoy our shared work areas, perfect for focusing and staying productive (please note these spaces are for guests only, and parties are not allowed). You’ll also have the chance to relax in our heated pool, located within the building — the perfect way to balance work and leisure. Important Note: The pool and gym are located in the annex of the building. As a reference, walk toward the security gate and go down the stairs (you can ask the guard for directions if needed). After a short walk, you’ll see the clubhouse, where you can enter using the QR code on your access card. Other things to note Suite Rules: Respect and Courtesy: Treat the space as if it were your own home. Be kind and respectful to neighbors and the surroundings. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building, including the terrace. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the property. No Pets Allowed: Animals are not permitted on the property. Number of Guests: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Do not exceed the number agreed upon in your reservation. If you need to modify it, please contact us in advance. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed. Parking Use: Parking is available for one vehicle only, in space number 7. There is no visitor parking. Parties and Gatherings: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. We maintain a calm and pleasant environment for everyone. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to respect the neighbors. Report Damages: If any accidental damage occurs during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can resolve it promptly. Safety Compliance: Always close doors and windows when leaving the property. Tap the touchscreen to lock the door. Clean Before Checkout: Leave the place tidy and clean at checkout, including washing used dishes and taking out the trash. Common Areas: You may use the pool and gym with prior reservation.
