FAQs Q: Can I smoke in the balcony? A: Coast Residences is a non-smoking building. Vaping and smoking anywhere in the building, unit or balcony are prohibited. Penalty: ₱500 + ₱5,000 deep cleaning, air purification, and possible unit closure. Q: When is your check-in and check-out time? A: Standard Check-in time: 2:00PM, Check-out time: 11:00AM Q: Can I check-in early? A: Subject to availability, we allow early check-in with ₱250/hr additional charge. Q: Can we check-out at 12NN instead of 11AM? A: The earliest time you can check-in is 12:00NN, subject to availability and ₱200/hour charge. Check-in earlier that 12:00NN will be charged as additional night. This way, you can leave your luggage and rest as soon as you arrive at the property without waiting until 2:00 PM. Q: We will arrive late at night. Do you allow late check-in? A: Yes, with no additional charge. Just go directly to the reception area of Coast Residences for verification. Present the guest pass that will be provided to you in advance with your valid ID. After that, take the elevator to the 25th floor and look for Unit 2555. The smart lock key code to open the door will also be provided to you for a hassle-free check-in. Q: Can I drop off my luggage if I arrive early? Being a condotel, our reception does not have a luggage drop off service. 🙇‍♀️ These are the options available to you while waiting for your check-in time: 1. Relax in the lobby. 2. Check the pool/playground/garden with tables in the 7th floor, left and right wing. 3. Relax at Sky Lounge in the 39th floor. 4. Go to the spiral staircase in the 40th floor. 5. Have fun in the game room in the 41st floor and enjoy the scenic view through the ceiling-to floor glass walls. 6. Grab a bite from Alfamart if you’re hungry. 7. Eat tapsilog at the street just opposite the lobby. Q: Do you allow pets? A: As much as we love pets, Coast Residences has a strict “No Pet” policy. Q: Is cooking allowed? A: Light cooking is allowed. The kitchen is equipped with a knife set, scissors, cutting board, pots and pans, tongs, utensils, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave oven and refrigerator. Q: Can I use the pool ticket more than once? A: The pool ticket is valid for 1 day only from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We highly recommend our short-stay guests to use the swimming pool right after checking-in so you do not feel rushed at check-out the next day. Q: Is there a spot in the building where I can see the sunset? A: You can watch the sunset on the 7th floor while relaxing in the pool area, or on the 41st floor Sky Lounge between 5:30PM- 6:30PM. Both are free access. Q: Where is the game room? A: 41st floor in the Sky Lounge. Go to 39th floor, then take the spiral staircase or other elevator to 41st floor. Q: Is parking available? A. There is a pay parking in the building. Private parking can be arranged subject to availability.
