Cosy Two Bedrooms - Indoor Pool & Gym July/August

Escape to our comfortable, fully equipped two bedroom holiday home, in a peaceful corner of the Atlantic Reach Resort. Perfectly situated just a mile off the A30, on-site facilities include a cafe, shop, and laundrette, plus a playground, chargeable crazy golf, laser tag, and a slip and slide! When you're ready to explore, the golden sands of Newquay are just 15 minutes away, with the stunning coastlines of Padstow and Perranporth within easy reach. The space There is an open plan lounge with a smart TV, a selection of games and books, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dining area overlooking countryside fields and wifi. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with wardrobes, drawers, mirrors and bedside cabinets. The bathroom has a toilet, hand basin and electric shower. Outside the front of the property is a south facing patio area with a picnic bench. All beds will be made up on arrival with a bath and hand towel per person provided. Other things to note There is no charge for parking on site. Bookings are for a minimum of five nights and a minimum of seven nights during July and August from Saturday to Saturday During the months of July and August 2026 I have arranged and paid for leisure facilities for up to two adults and two children at a local resort, a 5 minute drive from Atlantic Reach. This membership includes use of a heated indoor swimming pool and gym, sauna and steam room, indoor soft play, outdoor adventure play area and seasonal splash zone. A carbon monoxide alarm is not required in this property as there are no gas appliances. The central heating is electric with radiators in each room.
