The space Two architect wooden chalets facing the ocean and the dunes, nestled in a family estate a few kilometers from Essaouira. Amazing views of Sidi Kaouki Bay, private pool, hotel service, and absolute calm. The large chalet (100 sqm) sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, a glass lounge bathed in light, an open kitchen, a dining room, and a large terrace with fire pit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (WC, sink, shower). The small chalet (25m2), fully glazed with sea view, is ideal for a couple. It includes a lounge area, kitchenette, dining area, double bed and ensuite bathroom. All opens onto a private terrace. Possibility of having breakfast prepared each morning (service), daily housekeeping service, delivery of meals and groceries, airport transfers, and car rental are available on request. Our Club M² loyalty card gives you access to exclusive discounts on many local activities: surfing, quad biking, hammam, horse or camel rides, sandboarding, restaurants... Upon request, cottages can be rented separately. Prohibited parties. Cigarettes not allowed indoors (100% wood constructions). Guest access The two chalets, pool and exteriors are entirely reserved for you. On request, you can book only one of the two cottages. The property is fenced and guarded, offering security and privacy. Easy access, private parking on the premises. Other things to note Mandatory 💡 taxes to be paid before entering the accommodation: • Tourist tax: 15 DHS/person/day • Tourism Promotion Tax: 8 DHS/person/day Both taxes will be paid directly to the agency before check-in. • Breakfast on request every morning (€10/person ) • Daily housekeeping service (9am-1pm) • Ability to extend the employee's presence (+ €15/day for a half day) • Change of linen once per week or upon request • Extra heaters in bathrooms • Natural ventilation (no air conditioning) • Games, books, children's toys, crib, highchair, changing mat available • Unprotected swimming pool and railing-free terraces: active supervision of children essential • Pets only allowed in the garden. • A quiet female dog is present on the estate (does not enter)
