The Square Meter Essaouira agency is pleased to present the Refuge des Dunes, perched facing the ocean, this wooden refuge is above all a family project, designed with love to share a simple and authentic way of life. Two architect chalets, a private pool, homemade breakfasts, fire pit under the stars… Here, we slow down, we breathe. Daily cleaning, meals on request. Rentals separately. Parties and cigarettes not allowed indoors. The space Two architect-designed wooden chalets facing the ocean and dunes, nestled in a family estate a few kilometers from Essaouira. Stunning views of Sidi Kaouki Bay, private pool, hotel service, and absolute tranquility. The large chalet (100 m²) accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, a glass living room bathed in light, an open kitchen, a dining room, and a large terrace with brazier. Each room has its own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). The small chalet (25 m²), fully glazed with sea view, is ideal for a couple. It includes a living area, kitchenette, dining area, double bed and ensuite bathroom. All opens onto a private terrace. Possibility to have breakfast prepared every morning (service), daily housekeeping, meal and shopping delivery, airport transfers, and car rental are available on request. Our Club M² loyalty card gives you access to exclusive discounts on many local activities: surfing, quad biking, hammam, horse or camel rides, sandboarding, restaurants... Upon request, the cottages can be rented separately. Parties are forbidden. Cigarettes are forbidden inside (100% wood constructions). Guest access Both chalets, the pool and the outdoors are entirely reserved for you. Upon request, you can book only one of the two chalets. The property is fenced and guarded, offering security and privacy. Easy access, private parking on site. Other things to note 💡 Mandatory taxes to be paid before check-in: • Tourist tax: 15 DHS/person/day • Tourist promotion tax: 8 DHS/person/day Both taxes will be paid directly to the agency before check-in. • Breakfast on request every morning (€10/person) • Daily housekeeping service (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.) • Possibility of extending the employee's presence (+ €15/day for a ½ day) • Linen change once a week or upon request • Auxiliary heaters in bathrooms • Natural airflow (no air conditioning) • Games, books, children's toys, baby bed, high chair, changing mat available • Unprotected swimming pool and terraces without balustrade: active supervision of children is essential • Pets allowed only in the garden • Presence of a calm female dog on the property (does not enter the house)
