Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, leisure area and sauna in the building's common area. The barbecue can be scheduled during the stay and is subject to availability. Only guests on the reservation can use the space; 3. Smoking is expressly prohibited; 4. It is necessary to respect and know the condominium rules available in the apartment; 5. Pets/animals are prohibited; 6. Maximum of 9 guests (do not insist); 7. If any item in the apartment is broken/damaged (objects or structure), the guest will be required to reimburse the value of the new item; 8. We are not responsible for objects left behind at the site; 9. A signed contract must be sent via link forms at least 1 week before check-in. Failure to provide this information on time may automatically cancel the reservation without the right to a refund; 10.
