Bed and bath linens are included in your stay. 1st bedroom: primary bedroom with queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, roku TV, closet & dresser 2nd bedroom: two twin beds, closet & dresser 3rd bedroom: full bed (& fold-away full bed in closet), large closet *Sorry NO PETS allowed due to owner allergies. Cove Cottage is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home. We also have fast high-speed internet available for our guests as well as two TVs, a foosball table, board games, puzzles, yard games & beach reads. With the beach 2 blocks away, we provide one bath towel and one beach towel per registered guest, some beach chairs, and even a wagon for guest use. Please bring any additional beach supplies you'd like such as umbrellas, tents, or floaties. Grab a morning cup of coffee on our front porch - if you're lucky you'll get a close up view of the ospreys, the sunrise & even the sunset depending on which way you look as our front porch offers views of both the river and the bay. On most days you get a refreshing cross breeze off the waterways. Privacy fence recently installed to add the coziness around our firepit, lounge sofas, gas grill and outdoor dining areas. Guest access My guests have full access to the entire home & property during their stay (except owner’s closet, garage mini-fridge & shed) as well as 3 complimentary parking spaces. Park 1 car in driveway and other 2 vehicles parallel behind on top of the rocky easement between reflectors. Please do not park on our grass in the yard. Other things to note Colonial beach is a quiet small town like being transported back in time where the pace is really slow and the locals are always smiling. A quaint, golf cart community and we highly recommend you check out the local rentals while you're here. Slow down and enjoy some front porch sitting, a walk to watch the sunrise at the beach or a walk to watch the sunset over the sailboat masts in Monroe Bay at a local brewery. If you are looking for a low key beach getaway this is definitely the place; very different from the Outer Banks, Ocean City and Virginia Beach.
