Any unauthorized or prohibited vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. • Please note: There is no longer any overflow parking available in ChampionsGate • Guests are NOT permitted with Trailers for overnight stays. Trailers are solely allowed in for loading/ off Loading. This MUST be approved by HOA prior to arrival. • The pool service comes every weekly to clean the pool. Please be advised they will come in the back yard / lanai area and should be no longer than 15 minutes.
