Private AC room with ensuite.

This private retreat features a comfortable queen bed with an ensuite , situated at the back of the main house, complete with a private entrance. My family (3 members) living quarters are located towards the front of the house, ensuring a separate and private space for guests. We also have 4 pet chickens. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by families, this accommodation is well-suited for guests visiting family in the area, attending local events, or working in nearby areas. The space You will enter through locked side gate to the property. Note :uneven stone and pavers may not be suitable if you have suitcases with wheels or mobility issues. Entrance to your room is though the slide door which opens to the toilet and basin area . Your room has sitting space, private bathroom and toilet. Rest of the house is not accessible by guest. Chairs and table provided in front of you private entrance. Breakfast cereal, milk, tea and coffee provided. We may need to access the shed. We will message prior. For stays 7 days and longer, a light clean/ change of linen/ removal of rubbish will be attended on day 5 or 6 at your convenience. Guest access Access to their room and sitting area outside their room. No cooking facilities. Microwave, kettle and mini fridge and freezer provided. Other things to note 20 min walk to nearest supermarket ,cafe/ pizza and Chinese restaurant. Uber and uber eats easily accessible. I am happy to change linen / clean your room if your stay is 7 days or longer. No smoking/vaping or pets on the property. We have 4 pet chickens. All dish's and cutlery washed prior to check in.
