Large studio daylight basement apartment with kitchenette and bath to rent in a 2,900sq/ft new home in Vancouver. Large back porch with fire pit, grill, dinning table, and hammock. The space You will have the daylight studio to yourself with plenty of space and large deck to relax on. This cozy space has living area, one queen bed and a large comfy couch. This space can accommodates 3 comfortably. Kitchenette has coffee maker, Toaster oven, microwave, toaster (upon request), fridge, dishes, dining table, and bar/counter. Free Wifi and a Smart TV for you to stream your personal favorites on. I have a bike you may borrow, lots of fun board games, and a karaoke machine (Upon request). I am very knowledgeable about the area and am happy to make recommendations for restaurants, outdoor activities, and points of interest. The laundry upstairs in the main house is available to guests at request. Please give 24 hour notice for usage. Close to everything in Portland and Vancouver, located in a friendly and safe neighborhood. The space can accommodate some types of pets, so please inquire for details. A small pet fee will apply. Guest access The separate entrance from the back porch is located by going through the gate on the left side of the house, down the steps to the back porch to the sliding glass doors. Please park on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Please note that people do live upstairs, so if you are sensitive to any sort of sound or movement overhead or have unconventional sleeping hours, you may want to bring earplugs or consider an independent unit.
