30 sqm 7th floor studio at Meridian by Avenir condo on Golam Drive, Cebu City. - Self-checkin anytime after 1 pm at 24-hr lobby concierge. - Use pool and gym for a separate fee charged by condo admin (see details below). - Walkable or short ride to Cebu IT Park or Cebu Business Park. Pay-parking in building. - Queen bed with queen pullout (up to 4 pax) - 100 mbps WiFi, aircon, smart TV, work/dine table, hot shower, can cook - Drinking water, towels, toiletries provided; bring toothbrush The space - If you want to use the pool and gym at the 5th floor, please inform the staff at the ground floor lobby. There is a fee of P300 per amenity per person per stay charged by the condo admin (regardless of length of stay; this is a one-time fee). You can pay cash to the lobby staff. If you need a receipt, the admin office will issue one during weekday hours (8am-5pm). - Guests can cook. Has ref, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, induction stove, cookware, dineware, utensils, etc. - Pay parking is available at the basement. The rate starts at P25 for cars, P20 for motorcycles for the first 4 hours and 5 pesos per hr thereafter. No straight 12 hours parking, meaning you have to renew your parking ticket before then. Please ask the parking guard for more details when you arrive. - Laundry shop at ground floor. No washing machine in unit but basin and pail provided. You can hang your clothes in the shower area, where a rod is installed. Hangers and clips provided. - Electric flat iron in the wardrobe cabinet; please use the ironing board stored with it to iron clothes on, and not the blankets, to avoid damage. - Cleaning only done after stay. Guests clean as you go (claygo) to minimize cleaning fees. - City and mountain views thru large glass windows. Blockout curtains installed. Guests live alone. Shops Nearby - There is a convenience store at the building next to the condo open from 8am-8pm. There’s another store nearby, near the corner to the main road, open 24 hours. - There are also shops at The Gallery strip mall across the building. - Other nearby stores/strip malls/hotels are Landers, The Greenery, Mahogany Place, 88th Avenue, Waterfront Hotel, and Crossroads. - You can also take a walk, jeepney, or taxi to large Ayala malls in Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park.
