Due to the extension of the light rail on the Gold Coast Highway, you will need to follow any temporary traffic diversions. The property is not directly impacted by any road construction noise. Queensland's tropical climate can attract insects, especially during the warmer months. While we maintain a clean environment, occasional sightings of small creatures, may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimise their presence and ensure a comfortable stay.
