Other things to note **Pet Policy** - We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs to join your stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. - A pet fee of $165 per pet is applicable. - 2 pets are allowed, must be dogs only and approved by host. - Contact the owner for approval before bringing your furry companions. - Dogs must be 1 1/2 years or older, fully house trained, and non-destructive (no chewing of household items). - Please ensure that pets do not climb on furniture during their stay. - Kindly provide the breed name of your dog when seeking approval. - **Parties and Gatherings:** - To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, gatherings or parties are not permitted on the property. - **Rental Covenant Agreement:** - For each rental, a Rental Covenant Agreement and Pet Addendum will be provided. - Guests are required to fill out and sign these documents, returning them to the owner.
