Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the 24 m² apartment has an 8 m² balcony where you can admire the sunrise (south-east exposure). However, you can smoke on the balcony by closing the patio door tightly. Our friends, clean and well-behaved dogs, are allowed. In the interest of good neighborliness with the condominium, guests are asked not to party in the apartment.
