Because we value a family atmosphere, we do not allow: smoking anywhere in the condominium. walking around without a shirt or bathing suit. total silence between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. The space 🔐 Access and Structure Our mini-apartment condominium has an individual gate. After entering, access is via stairs to the common area. 🏡 Apartments All mini apartments are private, new and cozy, ensuring comfort and total privacy. 📺 Amenities • 32” Smart TV with streaming (each guest can use their own password). • We do not offer open channels or football broadcasts. • Complimentary Wi-Fi. • Complete trousseau (bed, table and bath). • Table for meals. • Desk for studies or work. • Created with lamps and books available. I'll be happy to welcome you! Guest access Our condominium is very well located, 500 meters from the historic center, events area and the city's natural attractions. Based on the main square facing Serra do Caraça, our postcard, turn right near the post office, go 300 meters until you pass the cement bridge and the VANINHA restaurant, then 50 meters turn left on Rua Francisco Rodrigues, and you will see our gate. Park on the street to the LEFT of the gate, don't worry, our camera monitors the street and it is a dead end. To the right of the gate, you will find a black safe from which to remove your key. Just enter the password provided after booking, pick up your key, and access through the gate. Your key ring contains the key to your apartment. Other things to note Before confirming your reservation, we need to inform you that in order to offer a memorable experience, we need your help as follows: We do not allow pets of any kind (simply because our apartment cannot accommodate them) We have no place to store bikes and we do not allow them to be placed in the mini-apartment. SMOKING is not allowed under any circumstances anywhere in the condominium, especially inside the mini apartments. Do not hang objects on the windows or the safety railings. Do not stop to chat in front of the neighboring apartments. After 8 p.m., silence, avoid any noise that could disrupt the good stay. Do not drag the furniture from the place you found it. This way, we'll all have a good experience.
