Newly-built, peaceful loft room available to rent in my family home in East Finchley. Room is brand-new as is en-suite bathroom with bath/walk-in shower. The house is a large, 4-bedroomed Victorian terrace on a quiet, friendly street. We are approximately 10mins walk from East Finchley tube (Northern line) - half an hour into central London - and 20mins walk from Muswell Hill with its shops, cafes & Everyman cinema. Street parking available. We have a shy but friendly cat! Guest access Access to the room and sole use of bathroom next door Other things to note Please note the kitchen is not available for use (other than teas/coffees which you're welcome to help yourself to) but lots of nice cafes & restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. Small brass table in the loft is decorative rather than functional as rather wobbly, so please nothing precious/spillable on it. As we have new carpet throughout, we ask for shoes to be removed inside, and no food/drinks upstairs.
