Small independent country house in Normandy, Switzerland. 1.5 hours from Mont St Michel 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches 11 km from Flers (all shops) 3 km from Athis-de-l'Orne (bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, Carrefour Contact etc.) Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails from the house Canoeing/kayaking in Pont d'Ouilly Tree climbing in La Roche d'Oetre Via Ferrata and paragliding in Clécy Château Guillaume-the-Conqueror in Falaise The space Independent house a few steps from our main house. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room (oven, microwave, gas stove, small combined fridge/freezer) Upstairs: 1 large bedroom 1 bed 140 (new bedding) 1 bed 90 Shower room with toilet Garden area with table, chairs and deckchairs Bed linen provided - PLEASE NOTE: bath towels not provided Washing machine available High chair and baby cot available (very clean) Guest access Your place is totally independent. Your parking space is right next to it. Next to the parking lot is your garden area with table, chairs and deckchairs to relax. It is south facing, protected from the wind with some shady corners for a restful nap! It's not fenced. Your pet is welcome. Just make sure it doesn't enter our garden which is just behind (fenced access between your garden area and ours). It could get along with our female dog, but a little less with our chickens! A barbecue is at your disposal. Other things to note Cleaning: We do not charge a cleaning fee. This remains your responsibility during checkout. Household products are provided. Pets: We gladly accept your pet as long as it is well trained ;-) Please just make sure it doesn't get into our garden where our two chickens are free. Electricity: Since the heating is electric, remember to turn it off if you open the windows.
