The house is located in a quiet and natural residential area with a short walking distance to the beach, shop, ferry dock and hiking areas. Perfect for families, couples and groups of friends who want a quiet holiday with proximity to both nature and local amenities. Best suited for up to 8 people, but can accommodate 10 using two small children's rooms with low ceiling height. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The annex is opened for 5-10 guests. The space Main house (from 1906): Charming and well-maintained older house with low ceiling height. The bathroom is newer and maintains a good standard with shower, toilet and floor heating. Two double bedrooms and two small children's rooms with limited ceiling height. Heating with panel heaters and wood stove. Annex: Newer building with two bedrooms, two separate toilets and one shower room. Opens when booking for 5-10 people. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house and garden. When booking for 5-10 people, the annex is also opened. The annex is not in use by others and is not rented separately – it is empty if it is not included in your stay. The entire property is therefore private and only for you during the visit. Other things to note - Parking for 1-2 cars is available on the property. - The final cleaning is included in the price, but we ask that the house is left in a tidy condition (e.g. wipe up spills, throw away garbage, put in the dishwasher). - The garden is maintained by an employee gardener, and therefore some gardening may occur during the stay.
