Charming Apt in Getsemaní/Old City/Private Rooftop

The apt. offers you an amazing view of Cartagena's bay, excellent location on the center of the city and a neighbourhood full of cultural life, restaurants, bars, squares and local people. Cozy apt. with its wooden furniture, fresh and unique! Private rooftop with small pool. The space What makes this place special is the spot where it is located and the terrace view it has, where you can see Castillo San Felipe, the domes of San Pedro church and the Cathedral, the bay and the sea. The terrace has an outdoor shower, two sun beds, a hammock, and a teka table with four chairs where you can have breakfast surrounded by exotic plants and where you can also enjoy the sunset, and at night, the stars. It is located in the historical neighborhood of Getsemaní, where you have a number of restaurants, bars and dancing places at a walking distance. The apartment has two floors and the terrace. In the first floor, when you get in, you’ll find a small library, a bathroom and then you have the kitchen that is integrated with the living room and the balcony; it makes it really enjoyable to cook or prepare cocktails in front of the balcony view. The apt. has two bathrooms, one in the first floor and the other in the second one. There is no hot water, but with the hot and humid weather you won't miss it. There are two bedrooms that are in the second floor, each one has one full size bed, ceiling fans and air cond. It’s ideal for a couple, two couples, or a small family (4). It has plenty of books, mostly in Spanish, some in English, some in French. Other things to note The apt. is located on a third floor and there is no elevator. It's really not a problem, my parents and grandparent's go up all the time. But if you have a heart condition its something to have in mind. Recommendations: Walk around the old town, visit churches, museums, interact with locals. Rent a bike and ride around the historic center, or go along the sea side and check out more modern neighborhoods like Boca Grande. There are plenty of bike rentals around the apt. Watch the sunset, in the beach, on top of the walled city, in the apt. terrace. Go during the day or stay a couple of nights in the Islas del Rosario or Barú. Registration details 123359
